France is one of the countries where local production of high-quality fruit is most valued.

Therefore, farmers highly value the improvements in fruit production and quality achieved through crop management using biotechnology. EDYPRO.

We are in the area of Tarascon (France) where most of the early strawberries are produced, with a farmer who seeks maximum production and quality and greatly values the possibility of bringing forward the start of the harvest.

With these objectives in mind, we have programmed a plan of foliar and root treatments that will help the crop to express its maximum productive potential;

• increasing the daily photosynthesis capacity,
• ensuring that the flowers formed become well-formed fruits, and
• shortening the fruit fattening and ripening period.

Ten days after transplanting, the plant had a weak root system and was not developing new roots, so we started root-based treatments to ensure good root development and, from a strong and healthy root system, generate enough reserves in the plant to obtain the desired harvest.

The treatment plan has been carried out very rigorously and as a result we have seen a strong, healthy plant, with well-formed flowers and no problems in their fertilization and consequent thickening of the fruits.

Below, we show you the change that strawberry varieties have undergone. Garigueta (smaller and more elongated fruits) and Clery (large fruit, sensitive to Botrytis) that are grown in heated coconut fiber bags.

They are applying ROOT PROCUJI and the flowering is progressing satisfactorily.

Despite the difficult winter weather conditions, the fruits are developing perfectly, and fertilization is progressing very well. Thanks to the action of ROOT PROCUJI.

The pace of cultivation has slowed down due to the climatic factor, but the number of fruits in the fattening phase is very high.

Clery variety

This variety is further behind.

The number of flowers per plant is less than in other varieties, but the size of the ovaries is larger and the fruit will end up being larger.

The plants are very healthy, despite being a variety that is very sensitive to Botrytis. Biotechnological treatments have provided the plant with such a balance and vital force that it allows it to continue its life cycle without being attacked by fungi at this time, despite the cold and rain.
