{"id":14907,"date":"2025-11-19T10:06:10","date_gmt":"2025-11-19T09:06:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/edyprobiotec.com\/soluciones\/impactante-floracion-de-las-fresas-en-francia-pese-al-frio-y-las-continuas-lluvias\/"},"modified":"2025-11-25T11:04:30","modified_gmt":"2025-11-25T10:04:30","slug":"impactante-floracion-de-las-fresas-en-francia-pese-al-frio-y-las-continuas-lluvias","status":"publish","type":"soluciones","link":"https:\/\/edyprobiotec.com\/en\/soluciones\/impactante-floracion-de-las-fresas-en-francia-pese-al-frio-y-las-continuas-lluvias\/","title":{"rendered":"Stunning strawberry bloom in France despite the cold and continuous rain"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>France is one of the countries where local production of high-quality fruit is most valued.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, farmers highly value the improvements in fruit production and quality achieved through crop management using biotechnology. <strong>EDYPRO<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>We are in the area of <strong>Tarascon (France)<\/strong> where most of the early strawberries are produced, with a farmer who seeks maximum production and quality and greatly values the possibility of bringing forward the start of the harvest.<\/p>\n<p>With these objectives in mind, we have programmed a plan of foliar and root treatments that will help the crop to express its maximum productive potential;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>increasing the daily photosynthesis capacity,<\/li>\n<li>ensuring that the flowers formed become well-formed fruits, and<\/li>\n<li>shortening the fruit fattening and ripening period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" src=\"\/images\/noticias\/FRANCIA%202017\/FRESAS%20FLORIAN\/Foto%201%20es.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ten days after transplanting, the plant had a weak root system and was not developing new roots, so we started root-based treatments to ensure good root development and, from a strong and healthy root system, generate enough reserves in the plant to obtain the desired harvest.<\/p>\n<p>The treatment plan has been carried out very rigorously and as a result we have seen a strong, healthy plant, with well-formed flowers and no problems in their fertilization and consequent thickening of the fruits.<\/p>\n<p>You can see it in the following images taken on January 26th.<\/p>\n<p>Below, we show you the change that strawberry varieties have undergone. <strong><em>Garigueta<\/em><\/strong> (smaller and more elongated fruits) and <strong><em>Clery<\/em><\/strong> (large fruit, sensitive to <em>Botrytis)<\/em> that are grown in heated coconut fiber bags.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Garigueta variety. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>They are applying <a href=\"https:\/\/edyprobiotec.com\/en\/product\/biotecnologia-de-precision\/procuaje-radicular\/\"><strong>ROOT PROCUJI<\/strong><\/a> and the flowering is progressing satisfactorily.<\/p>\n<p>Despite the difficult winter weather conditions, the fruits are developing perfectly, and fertilization is progressing very well.
