In intensive crops, the result depends on the correct nutritional balance and water frequency, according to the needs of the crop.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the following images we can see a cucumber crop in the autumn cycle, where there was excessive use of potassium and irrigation to slow down and correct the fruit malformation known as "sword point".<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The excess potassium was blocking calcium and reducing the plant's osmotic potential (ability to pump raw sap from the root system).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
