As part of its internal process optimization plan, EDYPRO decided to take a firm step and further digitization within our organization. To this end, it applied for the grants announced by IVACE in November 2017. This project was aimed at companies that need to implement digital solutions to innovate their processes and is co-financed by IVACE and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
The objectives achieved, as planned, were the following:
- Systematizing internal information in a global environment,
- To streamline the traceability and data management processes necessary for the Commercial Department,
- Improvement of the quality of the data obtained,
- Improvement of economic, financial and trade statistics,
- Streamline sales tracking and analysis processes.
