On February 13th, the President of the Generalitat, Alberto Fabra, presided over the presentation of the IV Plan for Equal Opportunities (PIO) between Men and Women 2011-2014.

Ms. Rita Barberá, Mayor of Valencia, as the head of the city that won the "Building municipalities of equal opportunities" Award in 2010, explained that the new Plan represents "a new and decisive step to eradicate all situations of inequality that, to a lesser extent, occur in our society.".
