Everything revolves around rice in the Ebro Delta, one of the three places in Spain with Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) status. The Bomba, J Sendra, Argila, Montsianell, and Gleva varieties are the main ones cultivated here. With their medium-long, round grains, these rices are characterized by their unmistakable flavor and excellent evenness when cooked.
