Biotechnology in a Wheat Plot

RESULTS OBTAINED THROUGH BIOTECHNOLOGY IN A WHEAT PLOT

Below, we show you the results obtained with the applications of ROOT SEED y COUPÉ REGENERATION Plus in a wheat field in the Cadiz area.

After a complete analysis of the soil of the crop, the seed is treated with ROOT SEED at a dose of 1 L/100 kg of seed and subsequently, after sowing, the herbicide is applied along with COUPÉ REGENERATION Plus at a dose of 40 L./ha. 

We have two cases:

  1. Plot treated with ROOT SEED y COUPÉ REGENERATION Plus.
  2. Plot treated with COUPÉ REGENERATION Plus

 

Comparison of average spike length (cm) and average number of grains per spike


If we compare with the control area, in both cases, the results of the plots treated with the biotechnology products of EDYPRO, They show higher values in terms of:

  • Uniformity of germination compared to the adjacent untreated plot.
  • Rapidity in plant development.
  • Standardization of crop development.
  • Visual impact in applied versus witness.
  • Godchild potential.
  • Size of the ear.
  • Number of grains per ear.
  • Number of ears of corn per m2.

The results in terms of ear length and number of grains per ear are greater in the plot treated with COUPÉ REGENERATION Plus that in the treated with ROOT SEED y COUPÉ REGENERATION Plus due to the excess of plants it has generated ROOT SEED.

As a seed germination stimulant, ROOT SEED It must be applied with the correct dose of seed per surface to avoid generating an excess of plants and therefore a shorter length of the ears. 

In the following photos we can observe the high density of the ears of grain and their improved configuration after the treatments with the products of EDYPRO.


1. Plants treated with COUPÉ REGENERATION Plus They have a better developed root system, with stronger and longer roots.

2. Plants treated with COUPÉ REGENERATION Plus They have produced longer ears of grain with a greater number of grains per ear.
