Description

RADICULAR FRUIT MATUR It is a biotechnologically based product developed with the aim of creating the optimal biological conditions in the crop so that the maturation process takes place in the shortest possible time.

Ripening is the physiological process by which fruits acquire the appropriate external color and optimal organoleptic characteristics, specifically the concentration of free acids and total soluble solids (ºBrix) in the juice.

RADICULAR FRUIT MATUR It activates the genes responsible for the transformations that occur during maturation:

  • Degradation of chlorophyll and appearance of yellow pigments called carotenes; and red ones, called anthocyanins.
  • Degradation of the pectin that forms the structure.
  • Transformation of starch into sugars and decrease in acidity, as well as loss of astringency.

Composition

  • Nitrogen (N) Total: 2.4% w/v 2% w/p
  • Water-soluble Phosphorus Pentoxide (P2O5): 10.8% w/v 9% w/w
  • Potassium Oxide (K2O) soluble in water: 10.8% w/v 9% w/w
  • Boron (B) soluble in water: 1.2% w/v 1% w/w
