Calcium, as a secondary macronutrient, is essential for proper tissue development in crops. Its deficiency is generally present in young, developing organs; therefore, applications should be made during the period when the crop is actively forming new organs and tissues.

Applied in the later stages of fruit development, it significantly increases its firmness.

Dose

Foliar Application:

  • To prevent calcium deficiencies, apply 0.2 to 0.3% (200 to 300 cc/Hl.)
  • In cases of severe shortages, it can be raised to 0,5% (500 cc/Hl.)

For citrus treatments, use the highest dose.

Root Application:

  • Of 20 to 35 L./ha. per application.

Two to three applications will be performed, spaced between 8 and 12 days apart.
