A good start to rice cultivation is as important for the good development of the plant at each phenological stage as it is for the overall management of the crop, e.g., for weed control, which ultimately reduces the productive potential of the plot.
This year in the Ebro Delta, with the difficult weather conditions for good rice emergence, we have seen improvements in the plants treated with ROOT RICE In front of a witness in the primary stages, when we assess:
- the uniformity of germination and plant development,
- the speed of development of the root system,
- the number of germinated and established plants per surface
In the following images of Gleva rice plots in the Ebro Delta, you can see the significant differences in the plots treated with ROOT RICE in front of the witness:
- A highest level of chlorophyll (the more intense green color) which confirms the better assimilation of nutrients and better use of the fertilizers used.
- The treated plants look stronger and more vigorous, in order to reach the end of the grain filling phase with enough energy.
- By cover the cultivated area faster, in the plot treated with ROOT RICE There is noticeably better weed control and the crop is more uniform.
ROOT RICE It's the best solution to ensure good rice germination and thus have the foundation for an excellent harvest!
