ROOT RICE in Italy 2015

Italy is the largest rice producer in Europe, with extensive areas under cultivation.

For some years now, EDYPRO It is present in these Italian lands, applying its biotechnological products adapted to rice cultivation.

Below are images of the magnificent results obtained in 2015 using the applications of ROOT RICE in different plots of Cerere variety rice in several locations in the rice-growing area of Northern Italy, along with the assessments and comments made by the farmers who own the plots.

PLOT 1 –  The town of Casalbeltrame (Novara province). Thanks to the application of ROOT RICE, greater germination energy and continued development have been observed in the first 30 days.

Subsequently, a notable improvement and great uniformity in the plants began to be observed.

PLOT 2 – Trino town (Vercelli province). With the application of ROOT RICE A better start and a faster development speed have been achieved in the early stages of the plant.

PLOT 3 –  The town of Borgo Vercelli (Vercelli province). With the application of ROOT RICE Better and faster root development has been observed, especially in rice planted dry, “in buried rows”.

PLOT 4  Salasco town (Vercelli province). With the application of ROOT RICE Greater plant development has been observed in the early stages, a better root system and in the tillering phase, the stems of the offspring already had the same level as the stem of the mother plant at a very early stage.
